1. PROTOCOL ACCEPTANCE
By accessing the Vortex Global platform, you agree to be bound by these Charter protocols. If you are operating on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that node to these terms.
Vortex Global reserves the right to modify these protocols at any millisecond. Continued telemetry sync constitutes acceptance of the new charter.
2. TELEMETRY OWNERSHIP
We prioritize the security of your transit data. All tracking signatures are encrypted in transit. You retain ownership of all telemetry submitted, but grant Vortex Global a non-exclusive license to use such data to optimize the planetary network.
3. PROHIBITED VARIANCE
Operators are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering the Vortex autonomous algorithms, attempting to bypass node rate limits, or using the platform for unauthorized asset tracking.
